“The Sanctuary Experience”, a wonderful convention also known by the hashtag #TSE on Twitter, was very successfully conducted in Vancouver British Columbia at the end of July, early August of 2010. TSE is an intimate convention I very much enjoyed reporting on. As we have previously reported, TSE raised nearly $100,000 for the fantastic charity Sanctuary for Kids! Please click the S4K text links or images to visit and make a donation. Thank you.
During The Sanctuary Experience 2010 convention and with the professional courtesy of Carole Appleby of Sanctuary Media Relations and Julia Hague of GABIT Events, I had the privilege of chatting with Sanctuary series creators executive producers Martin Wood and Damian Kindler about the upcoming season three of Sanctuary. I hope you enjoy the following interview with them as much as I did in conducting it!
Be forewarned, this interview contains Sanctuary season three SPOILER discussions and use of adult language not suitable for all age groups. If you do not want to hear about Sanctuary spoilers or be exposed to adult language, please leave this news video post immediately. Thank you.
Martin, Damian and I discussed their favorite season three episode, Breach, and how that came to fruition. The interview features a review of why certain season 3 titles were not selected, “gun mum”, web sites as well as wonderful Amanda Tapping and the future directions Sanctuary may take. The discussion of the origin of the “gun bum” was hilarious. The music of Andrew Lockington was also a topic and in case you have not heard yet, Sanctuary fans can WILL to get a Sanctuary soundtrack!
Sanctuary returns to SyFy in the United States on Friday October 15, 2010 at 10 PM Eastern and Pacific. We thank SyFy and NBC Universal for their courtesy in providing access to promotional images to WR_Systems (Kenn) for this news story, news clips, and most of all for renewing Sanctuary for a third stupendous season! So be sure to tune in to see exciting conclusion of “Kali” part three on SyFy a week from this Friday!
I hope that you have enjoyed listening to Martin Wood and Damian Kindler. My next Sanctuary interview will be with the lovely Agam Darshi scheduled to post before Sanctuary returns on October 15, 2010 on SyFy in the United States.
