IE Flash Video Bug

Hi Everyone,

WHR is aware of an issue with Internet Explorer and our video series. At the time of the last release, and Logo4only if you are using Internet Exploder, the browser cache can become corrupted causing the video portion (not audio), to squeeze up at the top of the video display screen window. There are two work-around solutions and one suggestion:

1. Click full screen play button and the video will play perfectly. You can click back to smaller display size after and the video plays correctly in Internet Explorer. There is no issue  with FireFox as Mozilla supports the open video standard and has implemented the specification correctly

2. Clear your Internet Explorer browser cache and return to WHR. This solution will work as well in most cases, however the Internet Explorer browser cache may become corrupted at a later time. Solution number one is best.

3. Use FireFox until Internet Explorer corrects their flash video issue and or correctly implements the open video standard.  Thank you.
