Hello Everyone!
I’m SciFiFanGirl616, also known as Rigel. I have a confession…I didn’t get into Stargate until it SG-1 literally was going to air its series finale. Yeah, I know I started late, but it’s better late than never, right? SyFy ran a marathon of episodes in its final week and I got instantly hooked and the rest is history
I’m proud nerd or geek. I don’t mind telling others I am one since they’ll eventually figure it out sooner or later, LOL! If anyone remotely starts talking about sci-fi related subjects go into nerd mode. It’s even worse when someone mentions anything about Star Trek or Stargate. The fan girl in me jumps right out!
I’ve been a sci-fi fan for most of my life. I can remember watching reruns of the original Battlestar Galactica on TV. That soon got me into watching ST:TNG midway through their series. Since then I’ve been hooked on almost anything sci-fi
I finally got to attend my first Stargate convention this year in Chicago. I had such a blast I found a way to attend the Stargate convention in Los Angeles as well. Incidentally the Los Angeles convention is where I met WR_Systems. We kept bumping into each other through out the convention. He is the man that introduced me to Wormholeriders. I’m so thankful he did
I hope I can give you all worthy reports, pictures, etc in the coming year.

UA.A.S. Business Software Applications from Heald College in San Francisco. Began my undergrad in Business at Golden Gate University.
3. Favorite Stargate characters:
Just one? How about my top three? Daniel Jackson, Samantha Carter, and Rodney McKay.
4. Favorite Actor/Actress:
I can’t pick just one. I’d have to say Michael Shanks, Amanda Tapping, Paul McGillion, Ming Na, Bob Picardo…I could go on.
5. Favorite Band/Performer/s:
There’s so many to name! Linkin Park, Alicia Keys, Kathy Griffin, Jeff Dunham, Rex Navarette, and many more.
6. Hobbies:
Photography, watching movies, cooking, baking, Texas Hold’Em Poker (Oh yeah!), and the list does go on.
7. Pets:
No pets at the moment. I know, sad.
8. What's your theme song?
I have no idea, LOL! I’m so bad with song titles anyway. No, I will not sing it or them to you either! LOL!
9. If you could have a sidekick, who would it be?
Ooh, um…hmm… Okies, it would have to be a toss between Daniel Jackson, Samantha Carter, or John Sheppard. Since this is a hypothetical question I would pick all three, LOL!
10. Favorite food:
There aren’t many I don’t like with the exceptions of the ones I’m allergic to and/or just too exotic for me, LOL!
11. What would you keep in a utility belt?
I would keep the essentials, water, food, flashlight, pocket knife, something to start a fire with, and a hand gun.

13. What was your sci-fi gateway drug?:
I started watching a lot of different sci-fi movies and shows like the original BSG when it was on reruns. Then I got into ST:TNG midway through their seven year run. I’ve been hooked on sci-fi since then.
14. What's under your bed?
Probably some dust bunnies, an extension cord, and some completed jigsaw puzzles I’ve been meaning to hang up for months.
15. Favorite TV shows (not Stargate):
I’m really into NCIS. I also watch Sanctuary and Mythbusters. I just got started into Dexter, Lie to Me, and Castle.
16. What is your dream job?
My dream job continues to change. I liked PlayItGrand’s answer about getting paid to do nothing, LOL! Would be nice, but I’d get antsy doing nothing, LOL!
17. If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be?
I would like to try living in different places for a few months at time to figure out which place suits me the best. If I had the money I would definitely try and do that.
18. If your life could be written by any author who would it be and what genre?:
I honestly don’t know. I would love to be written into a fiction, sci-fi, or even fantasy genre, but I wouldn’t know who I’d like overall to write it.

Again I have quite a few. Just to name a few Shawshank Redemption, Band of Brothers miniseries, Three Seasons, Stand By Me, and of course the Stargate movies.
20. What are your goals/dreams/aspirations for WormholeRiders.Com?
I would like Wormholeriders to be respectable conduit of information for fans. To continually do our best reporting at as many conventions as we can cover. Overall have fun being part of this sci-fi community.
