Hello Fellow Reporters and Fans!

Do you want to know who exactly is Ash? Well, I’ll tell you.

I wear berks. I'm a writer. I’ve got eclectic tastes. Sometimes I think that I don't belong in this life or this world. To my friends, I’m a closet sci-fi/fantasy dork; however, most people on the Internet know that I love shows like SG1, BSG, Xena, Sanctuary and Eureka. I’m not afraid to speak my mind. I used to volunteer at the New England Aquarium where I got to work with penguins (Actually swim with them... they bite by the way). I was once the Easter bunny at the Philadelphia Zoo. I have always wanted to go to CERN to see the Large Hadron Collider (LHC); and I dream about having a discussion with some exceptionally smart physicist who can discuss how interwoven religion and science are.

I love the smell of the ocean. I'm a true Pisces. I’m shy when I first meet people; that is until I get to know them, then you can’t shut me up. I try to live my life without regrets. Horses have always been a huge part of my life. I love to drive my civic above the speed limit. I love candy canes and Cadbury cream eggs, regardless of the time of year. I’ve always wanted to live in a commune, or some sort of self-sufficient group. My idea of a perfect evening is intelligent conversation over a glass of organic wine. I used to want to be an astronaut, but then I remembered I was afraid of heights. I hate roller-coasters. I love mud-fights!

I want to change the world. I believe in dancing like no one’s looking. I want to work for National Geographic. I love sitting outside when its snowing. I love the way lightning smells. I’m closer in age to my nephew, than to either of my siblings. If I could, I’d give up everything just to do something incredible. I like to make people laugh. I’m a dork. I daydream… a lot. Sometimes I hear a song and it just makes me feel alive. Daisies are my favorite flower. I’m a New England Patriots’ fan for life! I know way too many useless facts about animals and ecological conservation. I’m a bit of a science nerd. I love to learn. I've lived in NYC, Philly, and Boston, and hope to one day live in San Francisco, London, and Vancouver. I'm a country mouse trying to be a city rat.

I had to choose between horse back riding and acting, and I chose riding... but I've always wondered what would have happened if I had stayed in acting. I love to be the center of attention, whether due to something intelligent I have said, or whether I'm just joking around. I take ultimate pleasure in hiking, being out in nature, and just feeling as if my soul is connected to the world around me through the trees, the ground, the air, the rocks, the soul of the world.

The Beatles!!! Other than that… Snow Patrol, One Republic, Muse, Enya, Tarja and so many others… basically anything except hardcore rap and country.

Writing, writing, writing… horse back riding, hanging with friends, being a hippie

Black cat named Binx.

8. What's your theme song?:

My last name=Bond... So, there's only one theme song for me!

9. If you could have a sidekick, who would it be?: I wouldn't want a sidekick... I'd want a marvel superhero group... all equal, but for different reasons.

Mozzarella cheese fries, mangos, and sushi.

An iPhone. It's the only thing I really need in life

Every episode. Then again, BSG was my jam, so I would follow Ron Moore anywhere!!

13. What was your sci-fi gateway?:

When I was younger, I used to watch Star Trek: TNG with my brother. I used to pretend that I was Dr. Beverly Crusher. But… after that, I moved more towards fantasy than scifi… however, my gateway back in was BSG. Being a huge fan of Xena, and the amazing Lucy Lawless, I found out that she was guest-starring on a show called Battlestar Galactica. I hadn’t ever really turned on the scifi channel before in my life, but I did just to watch her episode. That helped me fall in love with the series! One episode, and I was hooked, and because of BSG, I heard about Sanctuary, and through Sanctuary, I found Stargate… I had never heard of, nor even realized there was this huge series that had been around for 10 years! ? Now I’m a scifi dork!

14. What's under your bed?:

Boxes, boxes, and boxes of clothes… and a pair of Mickey Mouse light up ears, plus some stuffed animals and some other random things. I’m a packrat.

BSG, Xena, Sanctuary, Eureka, V, True Blood, Durham County, United States of Tara, Daily Show, 30 Rock, The Office, Community, Glee, Defying Gravity (miss it!),

16. What is your dream job?:

I have 2. One, I want to work for National Geographic as a reporter/writer... OR... I want to finish my novel, and get it made into a tv series, and then use it to travel the world and give speeches about the impacts of global warming on our very genetic code. (My novel is a social commentary about how environmental changes will in fact impact human evolution, and cause us to create human beings who rely less on Oxygen, and more on Co2, because we will have eliminated all natural environments in the future unless we stop overpopulating, and devise a more eco-stable future. It's set in the future, and has sci-fi overtones. .

17. If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be?:

In a cloud forest…

18. If your life could be written by any author who would it be and what genre?:

Sandra Steingraber, and it would be creative non-fiction… A convergence of the worlds of science and the arts…

19. Favorite movies:

Breakfast on Pluto, What the Bleep do we know, Technolust, Labyrinth, Hocus Pocus and a lot more... but I tend to stick to indie films, and interesting plot lines... In all honesty, I'll watch anything, but I prefer to watch social comentaries... which is why I fell in love with the whole sci-fi genre
